Pharmacodynamics:Phenylsalicylate
Has analgesic, anti-inflammatory effect. Reduces infiltration and edema, improves microcirculation by reducing the increased permeability of capillaries.
Racetenthol
It causes irritation of the nerve endings, the expansion of the superficial vessels of the skin and mucous membranes, which is accompanied by a feeling of coolness, anesthetic effect and cessation of itching.
Pharmacokinetics:The drug for external use, does not have a systemic effect.
Indications:It is used for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract.

Contraindications:Individual intolerance, children up to 12 months.

Pregnancy and lactation:Recommendations for FDA - Category B. It is used with caution during pregnancy and lactation in those cases,when the intended benefit exceeds the risk to the fetus and newborn.
Dosing and Administration:Locally, intranasally, 2 drops in each nasal passage 2-3 times a day.
Side effects:Allergic reactions.
