A.05.A.X   Other drugs for the treatment of bile duct diseases

Pharmacodynamics:

Action choleretic, choleretic.

Excites receptors of the intestinal mucosa and reflexively stimulates hepatic secretion. Increases the amount of bile, the content of cholesterol and bile acids in it, the osmotic gradient between bile and blood, strengthens the osmotic filtration of water and electrolytes into the bile capillaries. Increases the flow of bile through the bile ducts, inhibits the formation of bile and cholesterol stones, strengthens the secretory and motor functions of the digestive tract.

Increasing the secretion of bile acids activates the lipase of the pancreatic juice and improves the emulsification of fats with the subsequent normalization of their assimilation. Increases the level of secretin in the blood, the content of bicarbonates and the volume of secreted pancreatic juice. Strengthens the secretory function of the stomach.

Pharmacokinetics:The maximum effect develops 15 minutes after ingestion.
