    Description:

    Granules in the form of grains of irregular shape from light yellow to grayish-yellow color without odor or with a weak characteristic odor.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Means of plant origin; has choleretic, cholekinetic, choleretic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, spasmolytic and wound-healing effect. Strengthens the secretion of bile and increases the content, it bilirubin, increases the tone of the gallbladder and promotes the outflow of bile.Has a relaxing effect on the smooth muscles of sphincters of the gallbladder and bile ducts, changes the viscosity and chemical composition of the bile.

    Stimulating the secretion of gastric juice and slowing the evacuation function of the stomach and intestines, contributes to a better digestion of food. Activates the exocrine activity of the pancreas; dilates the blood vessels of the intestine.

    Promoting the isolation of cholesterol with bile, has a hypocholesterolemic effect, has antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria.
    Indications:

    Hepatitis, chronic hepatocholecystitis, cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia (as part of complex therapy).

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, gallstone disease, obstructive jaundice, a deficiency of sugar, isomaltase, congenital intolerance, fructose, glucose-galactose malabsorption, age up to 1 month.

    If you have any of these diseases, consult a doctor before taking the drug.

    Carefully:

    Patients with diabetes mellitus and people on a diet with a reduced carbohydrate content; patients with arterial hypertension.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Children from 1 month to 12 years, inside, in the form of a suspension, 3 times a day for 30 minutes before meals. To prepare the suspension, 1.5 teaspoons (7.5 ml) of freshly boiled and cooled to room temperature water are added to the contents of the packet (1.38 g) and mixed until a homogeneous suspension is obtained. Before use, the suspension is shaken. Shelf life of the finished suspension is no more than 10 days.

    The drug is administered to children according to age:

    From 1 month to 1 year - 1 package per day;

    From 1 year to 3 years - 2 packages per day;

    From 4 to 5 years - 3 packages per day;

    From 5 to 12'let-for 4 packages a day.

    Duration of treatment is 10-40 days. Repeated courses are possible upon agreement with the doctor.

    Side effects:

    Possible allergic reactions, increased blood pressure (in patients with arterial hypertension).

    If any of the side effects listed in the manual are aggravated, or if you notice any other side effects not listed in the instructions, tell your doctor.
    Overdose:In case of an overdose, dose-dependent side effects may be increased.
    Treatment: symptomatic.
    Interaction:

    Increases the activity of metronidazole and aminoquinol in the treatment of giardiasis.

    For patients with diabetes: it must be taken into account that in one package of the drug contains about 1.3 g of carbohydrates (0.11 XE).
