Dosage form: & nbspointment for external use

Composition:

In 1 g of ointment contains: heparin sodium - 65 ME, prednisolone acetate - 2.233 mg polidokanol - 30 mg

Excipients: paraffin wax, paraffin viscous, lanolin anhydrous, silicon dioxide.

Description:

Yellowish-white translucent, gel-like ointment with a characteristic odor.

Pharmacotherapeutic group:Antihemorrhoidal remedy

Pharmacodynamics:

Combined drug with antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory and venosclerosis effect for topical application in proctology.

Heparin - an anticoagulant of direct action. With external application

has a local antithrombotic, antiexudative and

moderate anti-inflammatory effect; promotes the regeneration of connective tissue; prevents coagulation of blood in the hemorrhoids.

Prednisolone - Glucocorticosteroid, has anti-inflammatory, antiexudative and anti-allergic effect, reduces itching, burning sensation, pain in the anorectal area.

Lauromacrogol 600 has a local anesthetic effect and provides sclerosis of hemorrhoids.

Indications:

External and internal hemorrhoids.

Thrombophlebitis of the veins of the anus.

Fistulas, eczema and itching in the anus.

Cracks in the anus.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity; bacterial, viral, fungal skin lesions, tuberculosis, syphilis; skin tumors; pregnancy (I trimester), reactions to the introduction of vaccines: a predisposition to bleeding.

Pregnancy and lactation:

Dosing and Administration:Outwardly, the ointment is applied to the affected areas with a thin layer 2-4 times a day; after the disappearance of painful sensations -1 once a day for 7 days.

Rectally, an attached screw-on tip is used to insert the ointment, which is injected into the rectal cavity, and a small amount of ointment is squeezed out by a gentle tap on the tube.

Side effects:
