Description:

Tablets are yellow-orange in color, round in shape with a bevel, with a lemon scent. Inclusions are orange or white.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Complex medicinal product with antimicrobial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory action for topical application.

    Biclotimole - antiseptic, has antibacterial activity against staphylococci, streptococci and corynebacteria, as well as local anesthetic and anti-inflammatory effect. When topical application is characterized by prolonged action.

    Lysozyme polypeptide mucolytic enzyme. Has antimicrobial effect. Suppress the growth of gram-positive bacteria; Gram-negative bacteria are less sensitive to it. Has the ability to stimulate the nonspecific reactivity of the body, have anti-inflammatory and mucolytic effects.Lysozyme, forming complexes with viruses, exhibits antiviral activity. Refers to the natural protective factors of the body.

    Enoxolone - complex triterpenes, isolated from glycyrrhizic acid. Has anti-inflammatory activity. Beneficial effect on the human immune system, increasing resistance to various viral diseases. Has antiviral effect.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    Slowly absorbed through the mucous membrane of the mouth, has a long local effect.

    Indications:

    Infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa (stomatitis, gingivitis, including caused by the wearing of dentures), pharynx, larynx caused by susceptible to biklotimol, lysozyme and enoxolone pathogens.

    Local treatment is carried out for all indications of inflammatory and infectious diseases of the nasopharynx: acute and chronic pharyngitis, pharyngolaringitis, tonsillitis, conditions after tonsillectomy, glossitis.

    Contraindications:

    Children under 6 years.

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

    Deficiency of sugar / isomaltase, intolerance to fructose, glucose-galactose malabsorption.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    The use of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is possible if the potential benefit to the mother exceeds the possible risk to the fetus and the baby.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Tablets must be slowly dissolve until completely dissolved, without chewing and not gnawing.

    Adults appoint 1 tablet every 2 hours.

    The maximum daily intake for adults is 8 tablets.

    Children over 6 years appoint 1 tablet every 4 hours.

    The maximum daily dose for children is 4 tablets.

    The duration of treatment should not exceed 10 days.

    Side effects:

    Possible local allergic reactions, superinfection.

    With prolonged use - dysbacteriosis of the oral cavity with the risk of spread of bacterial or fungal infection.

    If any of the side effects indicated in the instructions are aggravated or you notice any other side effects not listed in the instructions, tell your doctor.

    Overdose:No data on overdose cases.
    Interaction:

    Avoid simultaneous use of other local funds.

    Special instructions:

    Patients with diabetes should take into account that the sugar content in one tablet is 1.054 g (0.1054 XE).

    In case the symptoms did not disappear after 5 days, treatment should be reviewed.
