    Description:

    - Orange: round biconvex tablets of orange color with a rough surface. Allowed uneven staining, the presence of air bubbles in the caramel mass and a slight unevenness of the edges.

    - lemon: round biconvex tablets of yellow color with a rough surface. Allowed uneven staining, the presence of air bubbles in the caramel mass and a slight unevenness of the edges.

    - honey-lemon: round biconvex tablets from brownish-yellow to brown with a rough surface. Allowed uneven staining, the presence of air bubbles in the caramel mass and a slight unevenness of the edges.

    - black currant: round biconvex tablets of violet color with a rough surface. Allowed uneven staining, the presence of air bubbles in the caramel mass and a slight unevenness of the edges.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    The drug has an antiseptic effect, is active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms in vitro, has antimycotic action. Has a local anesthetic and anti-edematous effect.

    Indications:

    Symptomatic therapy of pain in the throat with infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

    Children's age (up to 12 years).

    Carefully:

    In the following cases, HEXORAL® TABS EXTRA, resorption tablets (orange, lemon, honey-lemon, blackcurrant) can only be used after carefully weighing the benefits and risks of treatment:

    - patients suffering from epilepsy;

    patients with impaired cardiac conduction;

    - patients with liver damage.

    Pregnancy and lactation:The use of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is possible only under the supervision of a doctor and only if the intended benefit to the mother exceeds the risk to the fetus and the baby.
    Dosing and Administration:

    Locally. Adults and children over 12 years of age: rassasyvat 1 tablet every 2-3 hours. The maximum daily dose is 8 tablets.Duration of treatment 5-7 days.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions. Possible loss of sensitivity of the tongue (take care when taking hot food and water).

    Overdose:

    Possible excessive anesthesia of the mucous membrane of the upper digestive tract.

    Treatment: symptomatic.

    Interaction:

    Clinically significant interaction with drugs of other groups was not revealed.

    Special instructions:

    Do not use the drug in the presence of increased individual sensitivity to any component that is part of the drug.

    If the symptoms of the disease worsen, persist or appear new, you should consult your doctor.

    Lidocaine reduces the sensitivity of the mucous membrane, which can increase the risk of aspiration.

    The drug contains sucrose, which must be taken into account for patients suffering from diabetes, as well as people on a hypocaloric diet. In 1 tablet for resorption contains 1618.0 mg of sucrose, which corresponds to 0.20 XE.

    Keep out of the reach of children. If the child swallows the drug, immediately seek medical help.

    If the medicine has become unusable or the expiration date has expired, do not throw it into sewage or into the street! Place the drug in a bag and put it in the trash. These measures will help protect the environment!

    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:

    The drug does not affect the ability to drive and maintain moving mechanical equipment.

    Lozenges (orange, lemon, honey-lemon, black currant).

    Packaging:

    8 tablets per blister al / pvc; 2 or 3 blisters together with instructions for use in a cardboard box.

    4 tablets in an aluminum strip; 2, 3 or 4 strips, together with instructions for use in a cardboard box.

    Storage conditions:

    In a dry place at a temperature of no higher than 30 ° C.

    Keep out of the reach of children.

    Shelf life:
