  • Pharmacodynamics:

Ginkor Gel is a combined preparation for topical application. Reduces the permeability of capillaries, contributes to the optimization of vascular tone, regulates capillary capacity, facilitates the removal of metabolic products. Helps increase glucose consumption, restore the process of aerobic glycolysis in tissues and remove lactates. Reduces the severity of tissue edema, reduces the transudation of plasma proteins and leukocyte infiltration by inhibiting phospholipase A2, lipoxygenase and blocking the platelet activating factor. Has antioxidant effect (fixes free radicals, protects lysosomal membranes). It helps to increase the stability of endothelial cells of the venous wall to hypoxia, inhibits the degeneration of collagen fibers and restores the normal functioning of smooth muscle fibers. It improves rheological properties of blood, increases the resistance of erythrocyte membranes, and reduces their aggregation. With hyperaggregation of platelets helps reduce the likelihood of the formation of venous thrombi.
