Composition:

Per one capsule:

active ingredient: Ginkgo biloba extract is dry, standardized with the content of flavonol glycosides 22,0-27,0% and terpenic lactones 5,0-12,0% - 80,0 mg;

auxiliary components: microcrystalline cellulose - 184.6 mg, calcium stearate - 2.7 mg, silicon dioxide colloid - 2.7 mg;

capsules, hard gelatinous (the composition of the capsule: titanium dioxide E 171 - 1.00%, iron oxide red E 172 - 0.50%, iron oxide black E 172 - 0.39%, iron oxide yellow E 172 - 0.27%, gelatin - up to 100%).

Hard gelatin capsules in brown color, size No. 0. Content of capsules - powder or partially crumpled powder from yellow to light brown with whitish and dark impregnations.

  • Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract
    • Pharmacodynamics:Improves cerebral circulation and supply of the brain with oxygen and glucose. Has a vasoregulatory effect mainly on the vessels of the brain. It improves blood flow, prevents platelet aggregation. Prevents the formation of free radicals.
    Indications:

    - Violations of the brain, including age-related disorders of cerebral circulation, accompanied by attention disorders, memory impairment, decreased intellectual abilities, dizziness, tinnitus, headache;

    - violations of peripheral circulation and microcirculation, accompanied by a feeling of cold in the limbs, pain in walking, painful cramps and heaviness in the legs, paresthesia;

    - disorders of the inner ear, manifested by dizziness, unstable gait and noise in the ears.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, low blood coagulability, erosive gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the acute stage, acute disorders of cerebral circulation, acute myocardial infarction; children under 18 years of age (due to the lack of sufficient clinical data).

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Due to the lack of sufficient clinical data, the use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside.

    Capsules should be swallowed whole, squeezed with a sufficient amount of liquid, regardless of food intake.

    If the doctor did not recommend a different dosing regimen, the following recommendations for taking the drug should be adhered to:

    For symptomatic treatment of disorders of cerebral circulation:

    1 capsule 2-3 times a day (160-240 mg, respectively, of the standardized dry extract of ginkgo biloba).

    The duration of treatment is not less than 8 weeks.

    * After 3 months of taking the drug should consult with a doctor about the need for further use of the drug.

    In cases of peripheral circulation disorders:

    1 capsule 2 times a day (160 mg of the standardized dry extract of ginkgo biloba, respectively).

    The duration of the course of treatment is at least 6 weeks.

    In vascular or involuntary pathology of the inner ear:

    1 capsule 2 times a day (160 mg of the standardized dry extract of ginkgo biloba, respectively).

    The duration of the course of treatment is 6-8 weeks.

    If the drug was missed or if an insufficient amount was taken, it should be taken as described in this manual without any changes.

    Side effects:

    Classification of adverse reactions (WHO) by the frequency of their detection: very often (≥1/10), often (≥1/100, <1/10), not often (≥1/1000, <1/100), rarely (≥1/10000, <1/1000), very rarely (<1/10000).

    Allergic reactions:

    Rarely: hyperemia of the skin, edema, itchy skin.

    From the digestive system:

    Rarely: dyspepsia (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea).

    From the side of the hemostasis system:

    Rarely: reduction in blood clotting, bleeding (with prolonged use in patients who simultaneously took drugs that reduce blood coagulability).

    Other:

    Rarely: headache, dizziness, hearing loss, insomnia.
    Overdose:

    Cases of drug overdose have not been registered to date.

    Interaction:

    It is not recommended to apply the drug to patients who constantly take acetylsalicylic acid, anticoagulants (direct and indirect action), as well as drugs that reduce blood clotting.

    Special instructions:

    Attention! All regulations must be strictly observed!

    In case of sudden deterioration or loss of hearing, you should immediately consult a doctor. If there is often a sensation of dizziness and noise in the ears, you should consult a doctor.

    Since preparations containing ginkgo biloba extract can reduce blood clotting, the drug should be discontinued before surgery and the duration of the drug should be reported to the doctor.

    Against the background of the use of ginkgo biloba preparations in epileptic patients, epileptic seizures may occur.

    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:

    During the period of taking the drug, care should be taken when carrying out potentially dangerous activities requiring increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (including driving, working with moving mechanisms).

    Capsules, 80 mg.

    Packaging:

    For 15 capsules in a contour mesh package.

    For 2, 4 or 6 contour mesh packages, together with the instruction for use, is placed in a cardboard package.

    Storage conditions:

    Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C.
