    Composition:

    1 capsule contains:

    active substance: polydihydroxyphenylenethiosulfonate sodium (hypoxen®) 250 mg;

    capsule material: gelatin, iron oxide black (E 172), iron oxide red (E 172), iron oxide yellow (E 172), titanium dioxide (E 171).

    Description:

    Hard gelatin capsules №3 of dark brown color. On the capsule with white paint (titanium dioxide), the manufacturer's logo is printed.

    The contents of the capsules are a powder of black color, odorless or with a weak specific odor.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Hypoxen belongs to the class of antihypoxants and antioxidants, which reduce oxygen consumption and increase the body's ability to work in extreme situations. The drug has an antihypoxic effect by increasing the effectiveness of tissue respiration in hypoxic conditions, especially in organs with a high level of metabolism (brain, heart muscle, liver).

    Hypoxen provides: a decrease in oxygen consumption with significant physical exertion,improvement of tissue respiration, reduction of mental and physical fatigue, successful performance of labor-intensive physical operations.

    Indications:

    - To improve performance in extreme and unfavorable conditions, accompanied by a lack of oxygen (highlands, conditions in the Arctic, underwater works, etc.);

    - mental and physical overstrain, operator activity and other heavy loads, accompanied by chronic fatigue and fatigue;

    - in the complex therapy of severe traumatic lesions, blood loss, extensive surgical interventions, respiratory diseases (bronchial asthma, pneumonia, obstructive bronchitis);

    - in the complex therapy of stable angina pectoris (prevention of angina attacks), arterial hypertension, chronic cardiac insufficiency I and II FK for NYHA.

    Contraindications:

    ANDindividual intolerance, pregnancy, lactation, hemorrhagic stroke.

    Dosing and Administration:Use in adults inside, before or during meals, with a little water. A single dose for adults is 2-4 capsules.

    Maximum daily dose of 12 capsules.The calculation of the daily dose for body weight is given in the table.

    Elimination of hypoxia, developing in extreme conditions: hypoventilation of the lungs, high mountains, underwater works, work in conditions of high temperature, exercise: 1 daily dose for 30-60 minutes before the load.

    Prolonged tense mental activity, chronic fatigue, reduction of the recovery period after excessive physical exertion, injuries, surgical interventions: 1/2 daily dose 2 times a day for 2-3 weeks. The courses can be repeated with a break for 1-2 weeks.

    Complex treatment of pneumonia: 1/2 daily dose 2 times a day, course 14 days.

    Complex treatment of obstructive bronchitis: 1/2 dose a day 2 times a day - 2 courses for 14 days with an interval of 7 days.

    Complex treatment of bronchial asthma: 1/2 daily dose 2 times a day; courses for 21-30 days with an interval of 10 days.

    Complex prophylaxis of stable angina pectoris: 1/2 daily dose 2 times a day, the course is 15-30 days with an interval of 10 days.

    Complex treatment of essential hypertension: 1/2 daily dose 2 times a day, course 10 days.Complex treatment of heart failure: 1/2 daily dose 2 times a day, course 10-14 days.

    Side effects:

    Individual intolerance of the drug, allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    Symptoms: dry mouth, nausea and a feeling of discomfort in the abdomen, in rare cases - respiratory depression.

    Treatment: gastric lavage, reception of activated charcoal, symptomatic therapy.

    Interaction:

    Negative pharmaceutical, pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic interactions with other drugs have not been established.

    Incompatibilities of the drug with other drugs have not been identified.
