    Pharmacodynamics:

    Synthetic analogue of the bacterial cell peptidoglycan. Affects the receptors of T-lymphocytes and phagocytes, activating their activity. Increases congenital and acquired immunity, strengthens protection against fungal, viral and bacterial infections.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    After oral administration, up to 13% is absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. The maximum concentration in the blood plasma is reached after 1.5 hours. The connection with plasma proteins is 3-4%.

    Metabolism in the liver.

    The half-life is 4 hours. Elimination by the kidneys.

    Indications:

    It is used in the complex treatment of diseases that cause a state of secondary immunodeficiency: chronic infections and pulmonary tuberculosis, herpetic, papillomavirus infections, psoriasis, chronic hepatitis B and C.

    Contraindications:Autoimmune thyroiditis, febrile reaction, individual intolerance, children under 12 months.

    Carefully:Hypersensitivity.

    Pregnancy and lactation:Recommendations for FDA - Category C. Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Use in children

    At the age of 1 to 16 years: inside, 1 mg 1-3 times a day.

    Adults

    Sublingually, 2 mg 1-3 times a day.

    The highest daily dose: 6 mg.

    The highest single dose: 2 mg.

    Side effects:

    Feverish reaction.

    Digestive system: rarely - diarrhea.

    Allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    Cases of overdose are not described.

    Treatment is symptomatic.

    Interaction:

    Strengthens the action of antimicrobial, antiviral and antifungal drugs.

    Special instructions:

    The dosage form contains sucrose and lactose.
