Composition:

Each lozenge contains:

active substances:

amyl methacresol 0.6 mg, 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2 mg;

Excipients:

pastilles orange

citric acid anhydrous, levomenthol, peppermint leaves oil (menthol oil), anise seed oil (anise oil), sucrose, dextrose (glucose) liquid, orange flavoring, coloring sunset yellow;

pastilles lemon

citric acid anhydrous, levomenthol, peppermint leaves oil (menthol oil), anise seed oil (anise oil), sucrose, dextrose (glucose) liquid, lemon concentrated oil, dye quinoline yellow;

lemon-honey lozenges

citric acid anhydrous, levomenthol, peppermint leaves oil (menthol oil), anise seed oil (anise oil), sucrose, dextrose (glucose) liquid, honey, lemon concentrated oil, honey flavoring, quinoline yellow dye;

menthol-eucalyptus trousers

citric acid anhydrous, levomenthol, peppermint leaves oil (menthol oil), anise seed oil (anise oil), sucrose, dextrose (glucose) liquid, eucalyptus leaf-shaped oil (eucalyptus oil), peppermint flavor, brilliant blue dye;

pastilles of strawberry

acid lemon anhydrous, levomenthol, peppermint leaves butter (menthol oil), anise seed oil (anise oil), sucrose, dextrose (glucose) liquid, strawberry flavor, crimson dye (Ponce 4R).

Description:

Strawberry pastilles: round, biconvex pastilles with a rough surface, red with a predominant smell of strawberries. Allowed uneven staining, the presence of air bubbles in the caramel mass and a slight unevenness of the edges. Perhaps the appearance of white plaque (dusting).

Orange pastilles: round, biconcave lozenges with a rough surface, orange with a predominant orange odor. Allowed uneven staining, the presence of air bubbles in the caramel mass and a slight unevenness of the edges. Perhaps the appearance of white plaque (dusting).

Pastilles lemon: round, biconcave lozenges with a rough surface, light yellow with a predominant smell of lemon. Allowed uneven staining, the presence of air bubbles in the caramel mass and a slight unevenness of the edges. Perhaps the appearance of white plaque (dusting).

  • Antiseptics
    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined antiseptic preparation for topical application in the oral cavity and pharynx. Has antimicrobial effect. Relieves pain and relieves irritation in the throat. It is active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. Due to low systemic absorption, there is no data on the pharmacokinetics of HORPILS®.

    Indications:

    Treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the mouth and pharynx (pain when swallowing).

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

    Children's age (up to 5 years).

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    In pregnancy and during lactation apply only if the intended benefit to the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus and the baby.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Adults: every 2 hours, rassasyvat (until completely dissolved) for 1 lozenge. The maximum daily dose is 8 troches.

    Children from the age of 5: 1 lozenge every 4 hours.

    If the symptoms do not disappear within three days, you need to see a doctor.

    Side effects:Allergic reactions.
    Overdose:

    It is unlikely that a possible overdose can lead to symptoms of gastrointestinal discomfort (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea).

    Treatment: symptomatic.

    Interaction:

    Clinically significant interactions with other drugs have not been identified.

    Special instructions:

    In case of accidental miss of one or more doses, the dose is not increased.

    The drug can be used for people with diabetes, it should be borne in mind that each GORPILS® lozenge contains 2.6 g of glucose and sucrose (corresponding to 0.25 bread units).
