Pharmacodynamics:Combined antifungal agent.
Griseofulvin
Antibiotic with fungistatic action. Violates the division of fungal cells at the stage of metaphase. It accumulates in the cells of keratinocyte precursors, preventing fungal invasion and spread of infection.
It is active against dermatomycetes, it is ineffective in candidiasis lesions.
Salicylic acid
Has a fungicidal, bacteriostatic and keratolytic effect when applied topically. Promotes the penetration of griseofulvin into the deep layers of the skin and nail plates.
Pharmacokinetics:
The drug for topical application, systemic action on the body does not.
