2 filter packs (4 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon. Then the filter bags are squeezed out, the volume of the obtained infusion is brought to boiling water to 200 ml.
Take inside in a warm form for 1/2 cup 3-4 times a day after meals for 2-3 weeks.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
