3 filter packets (4.5 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover and insist 20 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take inside 1 / 2-1 / 3 cup warm infusion 3-4 times a day after meals for 2-3 weeks.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
