2 filter packets (3 g) are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist for 20 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then the filter bags are squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 100 ml with boiled water.
Take inside in a warm form for 1/2 cup 3 times daily before meals for 2-3 weeks. Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
