Description:The liquid is from light yellow to dark yellow with a characteristic smell of the mixture of thymol and menthol, which is contained in a vial sealed with a crimping microspinner with a dispenser and a spray nozzle with a guide tube. Included in the drug soluble sulfonamides have an antimicrobial effect against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, causing diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx. Timol, eucalyptus leaf oil and peppermint leaves oil have an antifungal (against fungi of the genus Candida), an antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and mild analgesic effect.

Pharmacokinetics:

The drug forms a therapeutic concentration mainly in the focus of inflammation. Partially absorbed sulfanilamide sodium and sulfatiazole sodium. Both drugs are back bound to blood proteins: sulfanilamide of sodium by 12-14%, sulfatiazole of sodium by 55%. In the process of biotransformation, acetylated forms of drugs are formed, in the form of which they are excreted by the kidneys. The half-life of sodium sulfonamide is 10 hours, sodium sulfatiazole -1.2 hours.

Indications:Acute and chronic infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity, larynx and nasopharynx: tonsillitis, pharyngitis, aphthous and ulcerative stomatitis.

Contraindications:Individual intolerance to sulfonamides, essential oils or other components of the drug.

Dosing and Administration:Before irrigation, the mouth and throat are rinsed with warm boiled water. With the affected areas of the oral cavity (ulcers, erosion) with the help of swabs, remove necrotic plaque. Install the guide tube at an angle of 90 ° to the vial. The end of the tube is injected into the oral cavity and pressed on the spray nozzle 3-4 times, directing the flow of liquid to the treated areas. Irrigation is produced 4-5 times a day in 2-3 hours.
