Composition:

1 the tablet contains:

Active substances:

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B₆) 0.40 mg.

Retinol palmitate, powder 500,000 IU / g (vitamin A) (corresponding to 1000 ME) 2.00 mg.

Kolekaltsiferol 100 000 IU / g (vitamin D₃) (which corresponds to 100 ME) 1.00 mg.

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 15.00 mg.

Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate 430.40 mg (which corresponds to a calcium content of 100 mg and phosphorus of 77 mg in one tablet).

Excipients: corn starch, povidone, citric acid, anhydrous, polysorbate 80, magnesium stearate.

1 tablet of light green color (kiwi) additionally contains: dye green [dye quinoline yellow (E104), indigocarmine (E132)], flavor of kiwi, sucrose.

1 tablet of light blue color (blueberry) additionally contains: indigocarmine (E132), blueberry flavor, sucrose.

1 tablet of light yellow color (pineapple) additionally contains: dye quinoline yellow (E104), pineapple flavor, sucrose.

1 tablet of pink color (crimson) additionally contains: a dye red charming (E129), a raspberry flavor, sucrose.

Description:

Round tablets with a slight marbling on the surface.

Tablets: pink (crimson); light yellow color (pineapple); light-blue color (blueberry); light green color (kiwi).

Pharmacotherapeutic group:Multivitamin Means + Minerals

Pharmacodynamics:

A combined preparation containing a complex of vitamins and minerals, which are important factors in metabolic processes.

Calcium participates in the formation of bone tissue, blood clotting, transmission of nerve impulses, reduction of skeletal and smooth muscles, normal heart function.

Phosphorus along with calcium, participates in the formation of bones and teeth, and also participates in the processes of energy metabolism.

For the proper mineralization of bones and teeth, in addition to calcium and phosphorus, which are the building material, vitamins should be consumed, especially vitamin D₃, facilitating the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the digestive organs and their proper distribution in the bone and dental tissues.

Vitamin A participates in the synthesis of various substances (proteins, lipids, mucopolysaccharides) and provides a normal function of the skin, mucous membranes, as well as the organ of vision.

Vitamin B₆ helps maintain the structure and function of bones, teeth, gums; affects the erythropoiesis, promotes the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin C participates in the oxidation of a number of biologically active substances, regulation of metabolism in connective tissue, carbohydrate metabolism, blood coagulability and tissue regeneration, stimulates the formation of steroid hormones, normalizes the permeability of capillaries. Vitamin C increases the body's resistance to infections, reduces inflammatory reactions.

Indications:

Calcine tablets are recommended:

- for children in the period of intensive growth and development;

- for children with intolerance to milk and dairy products;

- to strengthen and protect bones and teeth in children.

Contraindications:

- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;

- Phigh calcium content in blood and urine;

- gandpervitaminosis;

- ta severe renal failure (creatinine clearance (CK) of less than 30 ml / min);

- dUp to 3 years old.

Carefully:Diabetes.

Dosing and Administration:

Inside, keep the tablets in the mouth until completely dissolved or chewed.

Children from 3 to 4 years take 2-3 tablets a day, children from 4 years and older - 4-5 tablets per day.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, diarrhea and abdominal pain are possible.In this case, it is necessary to interrupt the treatment with the Kaltsinov drug and consult a doctor.

Overdose:

Do not take more recommended doses.

Prolonged intake of very high doses of calcium can lead to hypervitaminosis of vitamins A and D, an increase in the calcium content in the blood and urine.

Treatment: symptomatic.

Interaction:

Tablets Kaltsinova can not be taken simultaneously with drugs tetracycline and sodium fluoride, as calcium reduces the absorption of these drugs. If simultaneous treatment with these drugs and Kaltsinov tablets is necessary, the time interval between doses should be at least 3 hours.

Pyridoxine inhibits the activity of levodopa.

Special instructions:Patients with diabetes mellitus are not recommended to take Calcinov tablets, they contain sugar.

There is no known adverse effect on the ability to drive and work with other machinery.
