    • Pharmacodynamics:Combined preparation has a local antiseptic, antiinflammatory, and mild local anesthetic action, promotes vasoconstriction and decrease edema and hyperemia of the affected area, reduces the symptoms of the pharynx and the mucosa of the larynx irritation, helps normalize breathing patients. The preparation has an antimicrobial action against Gram-positive (staphylococci, streptococci) and Gram-negative (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa) bacteria, and to a lesser extent against yeast fungi of the genus Candida. The combination of these pharmacological properties provides a comprehensive pathogenetic therapy for inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract.
    Indications:Inflammatory diseases of ENT organs (including rhinitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis).

    Dosing and Administration:

    Spray into the oral cavity (right and left) and nasal passages (after clearing them of mucus, slightly tilting the head forward, into each nostril, in the phase inhalation).

    Adult children over 15 literset - 1-3 sprayings.

    Children aged 12 to 15 years - 1-2 sprayings.

    Children from 5 to 12 years old - 1 spraying.

    The frequency of application is 3-4 times a day.
