Dosage form: & nbspgel for topical application
Composition:

1 g of gel contains:

active ingredients: lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate - 20.0 mg, chamomile pharmacy flowers extract (1: 4-5) (extractant - ethanol 50% (vol) with trometamol 1.37%) - 185.0 mg;

auxiliary matter: camphor oil - 1.0 mg, sodium saccharin - 1.0 mg, carbomer - 15.0 mg, trometamol - 28.1 mg, formic acid 98% - 0.4 mg, ethanol 96% - 8.2 mg, water - 739.3 mg.

Description:

Gel is yellow-brown in color.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug.

    Lidocaine has a local anesthetic effect, which contributes to the rapid and long-term reduction of pain in inflammation and damage to the mucous membrane of the mouth and gums.

    Extract of chamomile flowers has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and regenerating properties.

    Indications:

    Pain syndrome with inflammation of the mucous membrane of the mouth and lips (with stomatitis, cheilitis, gluteal erythema of the lips), gingivitis (inflammation of the gums), irritation of the oral mucosa while wearing dentures and braces, teething, dental procedures, after orthopedic operations in maxillofacial surgery.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy, lactation, children's age (up to 12 years).

    Dosing and Administration:

    Locally.

    A strip of 0.5 cm long drug is applied to the painful or inflamed parts of the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and the lips 3 times a day, rubbing with light massaging movements.

    For the period of getting used to dental prostheses, a 0.5 cm strip of gel is to be rubbed into the compression points.

    The course of treatment depends on the severity of the disease.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions are possible.

    If allergy symptoms appear during application of Kamistad®, the drug should be discontinued and consult a doctor.

    Overdose:

    No cases of drug overdose have been reported.

    Interaction:

    Cases of interaction or incompatibility with other medicinal products are not described.

    Special instructions:

    Do not get into the eyes.

    Before and after applying the gel, it is recommended to wash your hands.

    Kamistad® contains a sugar substitute for sodium saccharinate.

    Packaging:

    For 10 g in aluminum tubes with a screw cap made of polyethylene.

    Each tube together with instructions for medical use of the drug is placed in a pack of cardboard.

    Storage conditions:

    Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 ° C.

    Keep out of the reach of children.

    Shelf life:

    5 years.

    Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the package.

    After opening the tube, use the gel for 12 months.
