Description:

    Combined preparation of plant origin, has a diuretic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial effect.

    Indications:

    The drug is used in complex therapy in the treatment of chronic infections urinary bladder (cystitis) and kidneys (pyelonephritis), with non-infectious chronic inflammation of the kidneys (glomerulonephritis, interstitial nephritis), as a means, preventing the formation of urinary stones (also after removal of urinary stones).

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, children's age (up to 1 year).

    Stomach ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the stage of exacerbation.

    Alcoholism (including after antialcoholic treatment).

    Carefully:Liver diseases, craniocerebral trauma, brain diseases, children's age (over 1 year) (application is possible only after consulting a doctor) - in connection with the content of ethanol.
    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Application of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is possible only according to the doctor's prescription, in case the intended benefit to the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus and the baby.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside, divorcing in a little water or washing down with water.

    Adults: 50 drops each 3 times a day.

    School-age children: 25 drops 3 times a day.

    Pre-school children (over 1 year): 15 drops 3 times a day.

    After weakening the severity of the disease should continue treatment with the drug for 2-4 weeks.

    If necessary, for example, to soften the bitter taste for children, the drug can be taken with other liquids.

    During the treatment with the drug, consumption of a large amount of liquid is recommended.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions are possible.

    Possible dyspeptic disorders (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea).

    At the first signs of an allergic reaction, stop taking the drug.

    Overdose:

    To date, data on overdose and intoxication are absent.

    In case of an overdose of the drug, symptomatic treatment is prescribed.

    Interaction:

    Combination with antibacterial agents is possible and expedient.

    Interactions with other drugs are currently unknown.

    Special instructions:

    When edema caused by impaired cardiac function or kidneys, the consumption of large amounts of fluid is contraindicated.

    If the renal function is impaired, the drug should not be given as monotherapy.
