    Pharmacodynamics:Combined drug. Phenylephrine (alpha-adrenomimetic) has a vasoconstrictive effect, which leads to a reduction in edema and hyperemia of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract and accessory sinuses. Carbinoxamine has antihistamine action, it has moderately pronounced cholinolytic activity. Reduces the severity of local exudative manifestations, reduces the permeability of capillaries of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity. Eliminates the phenomenon of rhinitis, burning in the eyes, a feeling of heaviness in the head for 10-12 hours.
