    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined preparation of plant origin. Has moderate cardiotonic and sedative effect, reduces the excitability of the heart muscle.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    When ingested quickly absorbed, the maximum concentration (by analysis of alcohol in the blood) is reached within 5-7 minutes. The distribution period for organs and tissues (according to flavonoid analyzes) is 55-100 minutes. The half-life of the drug is 95-105 minutes.

    Indications:

    Functional disorders of the cardiovascular system (cardialgia, arrhythmia), neurotic states, vegetative lability.

    As a sedative in geriatrics (patients older than 60 years).

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, increased blood coagulability, cardiosclerosis, acute myocardial infarction, endocarditis, myocarditis, atrioventricular blockade of II and III degree, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, age to 18 years.

    Dosing and Administration:
