Description:Transparent, colorless liquid with the smell of essential oils, menthol and ethanol.
Pharmacotherapeutic group:Local irritant
Pharmacodynamics:

Carmolis is a combined herbal medicinal product.

When administered orally, the drug has anti-inflammatory, expectorant, sedative, antispasmodic, carminative effect, improves digestion. When inhaled, the drug has an anti-inflammatory, expectorant effect.

When applied externally, the drug has a locally irritating ("distracting") effect.

Indications:

- In the complex treatment of diseases of the upper respiratory tract accompanied by cough,

- with dyspeptic phenomena (nausea, heaviness in the epigastric region, flatulence),

- with increased nervous excitability and irritability, a feeling of inner tension,

- in the complex therapy of arthralgia (including rheumatism), myalgia, various genesis, neuritis of the sciatic nerve,

- with a headache,

- with skin itching, insect bites.

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, bronchospasm, cholecystitis, bile duct obstruction, liver disease, severe renal and / or liver failure, chronic heart failure, peptic ulcer, duodenal ulcer, alcoholism, epilepsy, brain injury, brain disease, pregnancy , the period of breastfeeding, children's age (up to 18 years).
Dosing and Administration:

In inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract:

- Inside take 10-20 drops (0.5-1.5 ml) per glass of warm water or a piece of sugar up to 5 times a day;

- For inhalations add 25-30 drops (2.0 - 2.5 ml) to 1 liter of hot water, mix and breathe steam under the towel;

- Outwardly - when coughing (dry and wet), the drug is applied to the skin of the breast and the interlap area, it is well rubbed, after which the areas covered with a warm cloth.

With dyspepsia and as a sedative

- Inside - take 3-4 times a day for 10-20 drops (0.5 - 1.5 ml) per glass of water or a piece of sugar.

With arthralgia, myalgia, lumbago, sciatica - The drug is used externally - for rubbing the painful areas. After rubbing the preparation, it is recommended to keep the painful area warm (cover with a warming bandage).

With headache undiluted drug is used externally - rubbed into the skin of the temporal region and forehead.

With insect bites, itchy skin the drug is used externally - lubricate diseased areas, not rubbing 2-3 times a day.

Side effects:Allergic reactions are possible.
Overdose:There have been no cases of overdose with the use of the drug.
Interaction:Interactions with other drugs have not been identified.
Special instructions:After using the product for grinding, you should thoroughly wash your hands. Avoid contact with the eyes, as eye contact is possible if the product gets into the eyes. In this case, flush eyes with plenty of water. The preparation contains 65% of ethyl alcohol. At observance of the recommended doses at each intake in the body, up to 0.54 g of absolute ethyl alcohol is fed into the body.When administered inside the maximum daily dose of the drug contains 2.7 grams of absolute ethyl alcohol.
Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:When using the drug should refrain from engaging in potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (including vehicle management, work with moving mechanisms).
Form release / dosage:Drops 20, 40, 80 ml.
Packaging:

For 20 or 40 or 80 ml of the drug are placed in glass bottles of colorless glass, 5 ml are placed in dark glass bottles, screwed with a plastic stopper of white color, which has a ring, ensuring the absence of unauthorized opening of the vial. A dropper made of polyethylene is installed in the neck of the bottle. The bottle together with the instruction for use is placed in a cardboard box.

For 1.5 ml of the drug is placed in glass bottles of colorless glass, closed with plastic caps. The bottle, together with the instructions for use, is placed in a plastic contour mesh package.

Storage conditions:

At a temperature not higher than + 25 ° C in the dark place.
