Pharmacodynamics:

Essential phospholipids, included in. composition, drug, are the main structural elements of external cell membranes and organelles of hepatocytes. In the body they have a normalizing effect on the metabolism of lipids, proteins and the detoxification function of the liver; restore and preserve the cellular structure of the liver, regulate the activity of certain enzymatic systems, slow down the process of formation of connective tissue in the liver.

Vitamins, which are part of the drug,perform the function of coenzymes in various biochemical processes and potentiate the action of essential phospholipids.

Pharmacokinetics:Essential phospholipids well absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract, incl. in the form of biologically active products of their hydrolysis by digestive enzymes, which are transported through the intestinal wall into the lymphatic channel. In the liver, a partial resynthesis of phosphatidylcholine from the products of hydrolysis occurs. Essential phospholipids are excreted from the body mainly during defecation, a small part with urine. Vitamins, which are part of the drug, are excreted by the kidneys, Alfa-tocopherol acetate is excreted with bile, partly kidney. Half-life the drug is about 20 hours.

Indications:Fatty degeneration of the liver of various etiologies, violations of lipid metabolism of the liver, hepatitis, cirrhosis of the liver, toxic liver damage (including alcohol, narcotic, drug etiology), radiation sickness, psoriasis (as part of complex therapy).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Cholestasis.

Empyema of the gallbladder.

Children under 16 years.

Pregnancy and lactation:The use of the drug during pregnancy is possible only on the recommendation of a doctor if the expected benefit for the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus. If you need to take the drug during lactation, it is recommended that you decide whether to stop breastfeeding.

Dosing and Administration:Inside, 2-3 capsules 3 times a day, with food, swallowing whole with enough water. The course of treatment - at least 3 months, if necessary, prolongation of treatment.

Side effects:Usually the drug is well tolerated. Allergic reactions are very rare; gassing, heartburn, nausea, diarrhea, staining the urine in a dark yellow color (due to the content of B vitamins).

Interaction:

Levodopa - a decrease in the effect of levodopa due to the pyridoxine contained in the preparation is observed.

Kolestyramin - decreases the absorption of nicotinamide contained in the drug. It is recommended to observe the interval for 4-6 hours between the two preparations.

Form release / dosage:Capsules.

Packaging:10 capsules per blister of PVC film and aluminum foil. By 3, 5 or 10 blisters with instructions for use in a pack of cardboard.

Storage conditions:
