    Pharmacodynamics:

    A combined preparation of animal origin has a choleretic effect. Digestive enzymes (trypsin, amylase, lipase) and bile facilitate the digestion of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, which contributes to their fuller absorption in the small intestine. It improves the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract, normalizes the process of digestion.

    Indications:

    As a cholagogue and digestive enzyme for diseases and functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract: chronic hepatitis, chronic cholecystitis, chronic pancreatitis, gastritis, colitis; flatulence, diarrhea of ​​non-infectious genesis.

    To improve the digestion of food in individuals with normal function of the gastrointestinal tract in the event of errors in nutrition (eating fatty foods, large amounts of food, irregular meals), and with violations of masticatory function, sedentary lifestyle, prolonged immobilization.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the drug components, acute pancreatitis, exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis, obstructive jaundice, childrens return to 12 years.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside, after eating. Adults and children over 12 years of age take 1 tablet 1-3 times a day. Use tablets without chewing, with a lot of liquid.

    Do not exceed the daily dose.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions (sneezing, lacrimation, redness of the skin, skin rash). When they appear, stop using the drug and consult a doctor.

    Overdose:

    With prolonged use of high doses, nausea, heartburn, diarrhea, skin itching, an increase in the level of transaminases in the blood are possible.

    Interaction:

    Simultaneous use of antacid agents may lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of the drug.
