    Combined drug, the effect of which is due to the properties of its constituent components. Has fibrinolytic anti-inflammatory (due to the presence of the extract of Serae), antithrombotic (due to the presence of heparin) and keratolytic (due to the presence of allantoin) action. Stimulates cellular regeneration without hyperplasia. Inhibits the proliferation of keloid fibroblasts.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    In the experiment it was shown that heparin for 4 hours in a clinically sufficient amount penetrates into the connective tissue of the dermis. Deep penetration is provided by a combination of heparin with an extract of bulbs of Serae and allantoin (transepidermalheparinization).

    When using the drug Kontraktubeks systemic absorption is not observed.

    Indications:

    -Hypertrophic and keloid scars, arising after surgical operations, amputations, burns and injuries.

    - Ankylosis (contracture) of the joints.

    - Dupuytren's contracture.

    - Traumatic tendon contractures.

    - Stretch marks after pregnancy.

    - Atrophic scars (in particular, arising after acne or furunculosis).

    - Prevention of the formation of pathological scars in the postoperative period or after an accident.

    Possible use in children.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, children age up to 1 year.

    Pregnancy and lactation:The effect of the drug during pregnancy and lactation was not studied.
    Dosing and Administration:

    Outwardly.

    The consumption of the drug in one application on average 0.5 cm of gel per scar surface with an area of ​​20-25 cm2. Adult drug is applied 2-3 times a day, children older than 1 year drug is applied 1-2 times a day. The gel is applied a thin layer and lightly rubbed into the scar tissue.The course of treatment for fresh scars (including ankylosis (contractures) joints, traumatic tendon contractures, stretch marks after pregnancy) is an average of 4 weeks. With chronic dense scars (including ankylosis (contractures) of joints, traumatic tendon contractures, stretch marks after pregnancy) at night impose an occlusive dressing with gel. The course of treatment is on average 3-6 months. With Dupuytren's contracture, the course of treatment is an average of 12 months. For prophylaxis, use the phase after epithelization of the wound (do not apply to the granulation).

    Side effects:

    Usually Kontraktubeks is transferred very well, even with prolonged use. Most often, skin reactions were noted at the site of application.

    Classification of incidence of adverse reactions: very often (≥1 / 10), often (≥1 / 100 to <1/10), infrequently (≥1 / 1000 to <1/100), rarely (≥1 / 10000 to <1/1000), very rarely (<1 / 10000), the frequency is not established (there is currently no data on the prevalence of adverse reactions).

    From the skin: often: itching, erythema, telangiectasia, rumen atrophy; infrequently: hyperpigmentation of the skin, skin atrophy.

    To enhance the effect of the drug, apply on pre-steamed skin.
