4 filter bags are placed in a glass or enamel ware, poured into 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist 15 minutes, the filter bags are squeezed out, the volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take inside 15 ml (1 tablespoon) 3-4 times a day for 30 minutes before meals.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
