Composition:

Nettle leaves.

Characteristic

Nettle leaves contain vitamin K, ascorbic acid, carotenoids, chlorophyll,tannins, pantothenic acid, flavonoids, organic acids, macro and microelements and other biologically active substances.

Description:

A mixture of pieces of leaf blades, rarely, petioles, passing through a sieve with holes 7 mm in size. The color is dark green. The smell is weak. The taste of water extract is bitterish.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Infusion of nettle leaves has hemostatic effect, increases the tone of the uterus.

    Indications:

    As a hemostatic agent in physiological heavy menstrual bleeding, unpronounced bleeding during the postcoagulable period of treatment of cervical erosion.

    Contraindications:

    Individual intolerance.

    Pregnancy.

    Hypercoagulation; bleeding in diseases requiring surgical intervention, and tumors.

    Carefully:With renal failure.
    Dosing and Administration:

    About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of crushed leaves are placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water,covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material was squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

    Take 15 ml (1 tablespoon) 3-4 once a day for 30 minutes before meals.

    Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions, hypercoagulability are possible.

    30 grams, 50 grams of crushed raw materials (at a humidity of 14%) in a pack of cardboard with an internal paper bag and instructions for use.

    Shelf life:

    2 years.
