2 filter bags are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid and infuse for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 100 ml with boiled water.
Take in the form of infusion adults and children from 12 years old 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day for 30 minutes before meals.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
