    Composition:

    Krovohlebki rhizome and roots.

    Characteristic

    Rhizomes and roots contain tannic substances, saponins, flavonoids and other biologically active substances.

    Description:

    Pieces of rhizomes and roots of various shapes. The color is yellowish, brownish-yellow with dark brown, almost black and whitish blotches. The smell is absent. The taste of water extract is astringent.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Infusion has astringent, hemostatic, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect; increases the contractile activity of the uterus.

    Indications:

    Acute and chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, accompanied by diarrhea; heavy menstrual bleeding; minor bleeding in the postcoagulable period of treatment of cervical disease.

    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy, lactation, children under 18 years.
    Carefully:With increased clotting of blood, thromboembolism (in the anamnesis).
    Dosing and Administration:

    3 filter packets (4.5 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water. Take inside 1/2 cup 4 times a day.

    Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.

    Side effects:Allergic reactions are possible. With prolonged use - increased coagulability of the blood.
