20 g (2 tablespoons) of crushed bark are placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath with frequent stirring for 30 minutes. Then it is cooled at room temperature for 10 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take 1/2 cups a night and in the morning.
It is recommended to stir up the broth before use.
