3 filter packets (6 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 100 ml with boiled water.
Take inside 1/2 glass for the night and in the morning. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
