Pharmacodynamics:Lidocaine has a local anesthetic effect, which contributes to the rapid and prolonged reduction of pain in inflammation of the mucous membrane of the mouth and gums. Tincture of camomile flowers has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and wound-healing properties.
Pharmacokinetics:Not studied.
Indications:Stomatitis, gluteular erythema of the lips, gingivitis against the background of wearing dentures, a syndrome of teething, a condition after maxillofacial surgery.

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; pregnancy; lactation period; children's age (up to 12 years); renal or hepatic insufficiency; arterial hypertension; heart failure II-III degree; violation of intraventricular conduction; bradycardia.
Pregnancy and lactation:Not recommended for use in pregnancy and lactation.

Dosing and Administration:Locally. A strip of preparation 0.5 cm long is applied no more than three times a day to the painful or inflamed parts of the oral mucosa and rubbed with light massaging movements. The drug should be used until the symptoms disappear.
Side effects:Allergic reactions (hives, itching, anaphylactic shock, impaired swallowing). If allergy symptoms appear during the application of the gel, the drug should be discontinued and consult a doctor.
Overdose:Symptoms: vomiting, pallor of the skin, bradycardia, depression of the respiratory center, apnea. In case of an overdose, it is necessary to cancel the drug and consult a doctor.
