Composition:

1 capsule contains:

Lebenin, powder.

(1 g of powder contains a mixture of biomass of living bacteria of the species L. acidophilus (sp. L. gasseri) not less than 4,5 х 107 CFU species V. infantis not less than 3.0 x 107 CFU species E.faecium not less than 4,5 x 107 CFU) - 5.04 mg. The total number of live lyophilized bacteria is not less than 1.2 x 107 CFU / cap);

Excipients: lactose 98.28 mg, dextrin - 13.16 mg, potato starch - up to 280.00 mg (as part of the substance Lebenin); magnesium stearate - 8.40 mg;

shell capsules - titanium dioxide (E 171) - 2.00%, gelatin - up to 100%.

The contents of the capsules are white powder, odorless.

  • Combination of microorganisms producing lactic acid with other drugs
    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Linex® normalizes the intestinal microflora.

    One capsule of Linex® contains at least 1.2 x 107 live lyophilized lactic acid bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium infantis, Enterococcus faecium. Live lactic acid bacteria are a normal component of the natural microflora of the intestine and are already contained in the digestive tract of a newborn baby.

    These bacteria are of great biochemical importance for the human body:

    - The fermentation of lactose shifts the pH to the acid side. The acid environment inhibits the growth of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic bacteria and ensures the optimal action of digestive enzymes;

    - participate in the synthesis of vitamins B, K, ascorbic acid, thereby increasing the body's resistance to unfavorable environmental factors;

    - participate in the metabolism of bile pigments and bile acids;

    - synthesize substances with antibacterial activity;

    - increases the immune reactivity of the body.

    Indications:

    - Treatment and prevention of dysbacteriosis.

    Dysbacteriosis is manifested by the following symptoms: diarrhea (diarrhea), indigestion (indigestion), constipation, flatulence (bloating), nausea, belching, vomiting, abdominal pain, allergic skin reactions are possible.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug or dairy products.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Due to the lack of data on the safety of use in pregnant and lactating women as a precaution, the use of LINEX® during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is not recommended. Treatment of diarrhea during pregnancy and during breastfeeding should be carried out under medical supervision.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside.

    Linex® should be taken after meals, with a small amount of liquid.

    Children under 3 years of age and patients who can not swallow a whole capsule, it must be opened, pour the contents into a spoon and mix with a small amount of liquid.

    Newborns and children under 2 years of age: 1 capsule 3 times a day;

    Children from 2 to 12 years: 1-2 capsules 3 times a day

    Adults and teenagers over 12 years of age: 2 capsules 3 times a day.

    Duration of treatment depends on the cause of development of dysbacteriosis and individual characteristics of the organism.

    Side effects:

    The drug is well tolerated. There are no reports of undesirable effects, but the possibility of hypersensitivity reactions can not be ruled out.

    Overdose:

    There are no data on overdose symptoms.

    Interaction:

    Unwanted interaction with other drugs has not been noted. The composition of the drug allows you to take Lineks ® in combination with any medicines, but preferably not in one step. To increase the efficiency, it is advisable to take the Linex® drug no earlier than three hours after taking antibiotics or chemotherapeutic drugs.

    Special instructions:

    Do not drink LINEX® with hot beverages and take with alcohol at the same time.

    It is necessary to consult with the attending physician before taking the drug if you:

    - body temperature above 38 ° C,

    - traces of blood or mucus in the stool,

    Diarrhea lasts more than two days and / or is accompanied by acute abdominal pain, dehydration and weight loss, chronic diseases (eg diabetes, cardiovascular diseases) or conditions accompanied by immunodeficiency (eg, HIV infection).

    Medical supervision is necessary during treatment of diarrhea in children younger than 6 years.

    In the treatment of diarrhea, it is necessary to recover lost fluid and electrolytes.

    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:

    Linex® does not affect psychophysical activity.

    6, 7 or 8 capsules per blister from Al. / Al. foil.

    Secondary packaging

    For 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 blisters for 6, 7 or 8 capsules in a pack of cardboard along with instructions for use.

    Storage conditions:

    Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C. Keep in original packaging.

    Keep out of the reach of children.

    Shelf life:

    2 years.

    Do not use the drug after the expiration date.
