    Pharmacodynamics:

    Antimicrobial preparation for topical application. Has antiprotozoal, antifungal and antibacterial action.

    Nifuratel, a derivative of nitrofuran. Highly active against a number of bacteria, fungi and protozoa (incl. Trichomonas vaginalis).

    Nystatin is an antifungal antibiotic of the polyene group. By binding to sterols in the cell membrane of fungi, it breaks its permeability, which leads to cell death. Highly active in relation to Candida albicans.

    The combination of nifuratel and nystatin allows to achieve more pronounced antifungal action and significantly expand the spectrum of antimicrobial action.

    High efficacy and low toxicity of the components of the drug cause a wide range of its clinical applications in the treatment of mixed etiologies of vaginitis, in particular, the use for the prevention of fungal infections caused by specific treatment of trichomoniasis.

    Macmirror The complex does not violate the physiological flora, which allows to avoid the development of dysbacteriosis and quickly restore the normocenosis of the vagina.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    The conducted studies confirm that in vaginal application in animals (rabbits and dogs) with repeated administration of a daily dose, which is 30 times higher than the therapeutic dose, the substances included in the preparation are not absorbed into the bloodstream and do not have systemic effect. Studies of the pharmacokinetics of the drug in humans have not been conducted.

    Indications:

    Vulvovaginal infections caused by drug-susceptible pathogens, including: bacterial vaginitis, vaginal trichomoniasis; vaginitis caused by fungi of the genus Candida, mixed vaginitis.

    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to nifuratel, nystatin or any auxiliary substance of the drug.
    Pregnancy and lactation:

    The use of the drug during pregnancy is possible if the potential benefit to the mother exceeds the risk to the fetus or child.

    During the treatment period, it is necessary to resolve the issue of stopping breastfeeding.
    Dosing and Administration:

    Intravaginal: 2.5 g of cream once or twice a day, in the evening or in the morning, as recommended by the doctor, for 8 days.

    The required dose of cream should be administered with a graduated applicator. Instructions for using the graduated applicator:

    Screw the graduated applicator onto a tube of cream. Collect the necessary amount of cream (in accordance with the scale lines, indicating the amount in grams), pressing on the tube. Disconnect from the tube, insert into the vagina, squeeze out the contents of the applicator, pressing the rod.

    The presence of a special nozzle allows you to enter the cream without damaging the hymen. To do this, remove the cannula from the top of the stem and screw it onto the syringe head from the opposite side before inserting the cream into the vagina.

    Side effects:Allergic reactions are possible in the form of skin rashes or itching. With the development of allergic reactions, the drug should be discontinued.
    Overdose:No cases of overdose have been reported.
    Interaction:

    No clinically significant interaction of the McMiore Complex with other drugs has been established.

    Special instructions:

    It is necessary to conduct simultaneous treatment of the sexual partner because of the danger of re-infection. During the treatment with the drug, sexual intercourse should be avoided.

    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:

    The use of the drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles, and other activities requiring increased attention.

    Form release / dosage:

    The cream is vaginal.

    Packaging:For 30 g of the drug in an aluminum tube. 1 tube and an applicator (graduated syringe) with instructions for use are placed in a cardboard box.
    Storage conditions:

    In the dark place at a temperature of no higher than 25 ° C.
