    Composition:

    For one tablet:

    The active ingredient - Mareni dye extract of dry 0.25 g with the content of anthraglycosides in terms of rubrithrinic acid and absolutely dry matter 8.0%.

    Auxiliary substances - a sufficient amount before [sugar milk (lactose), potato starch, obtaining a tablet of talcum mass, calcium stearate] 0.50.

    G.04.B.C   Drugs for the treatment of nephrourolythiasis

    Pharmacodynamics:Has spasmolytic and diuretic effect. Promotes loosening of urinary calculi containing calcium and magnesium phosphates, and their excretion from the kidneys and urinary tract,due to a decrease in the tone of smooth muscles with a subsequent increase in her peristalsis; acidifies the urine, leads to a reduction in the pain syndrome and an improvement in the general condition of the patient with nephrourolythiasis.
    Indications:Nephrourolythiasis: in cases where surgery is undesirable or impossible, preoperative treatment, prevention of relapse after surgery, and also in phosphaturia.
    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, severe renal failure, peptic ulcer in the period of exacerbation, pregnancy, lactation, age under 18 years.
    Pregnancy and lactation:Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.
    Dosing and Administration:Inside, to 0.25 g (1 tablet) 3 times a day. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 0.75 g (3 tablets) 3 times a day.
