АТХ:B.05.B.B Solutions affecting the water-electrolyte balance
Pharmacodynamics:Detoxificationantihypoxice and antioxidant effect. Reduces the production of free radicals and restores the energy potential of cells. Activates the enzymatic processes of the Krebs cycle and promotes the utilization of fatty acids and glucose by cells, normalizes the acid-base state and the gas composition of the blood.
Pharmacokinetics:Not studied. With intravenous administration, the drug is quickly disposed of and does not accumulate in the body.
Indications:As an antihypoxicth and detoxificationin acute endogenous and exogenous intoxications of various etiologies in adults and children older than 1 year.

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity, conditions after craniocerebral trauma, accompanied by edema of the brain, severe chronic renal failure, pregnancy, lactation.
Carefully:Use with caution in alkalosis.
Pregnancy and lactation:The category of FDA recommendations is not defined. Qualitative research in humans has not been conducted. Do not apply!
There is no information on the penetration into breast milk. Do not apply!
Dosing and Administration:Intravenously drip, at a rate of 90 drops per minute (1-1.5 ml per minute) to 400 ml per day. The course of treatment should not exceed 11 days.
Side effects:Allergic reactions. With the rapid administration of the drug, a brief feeling of heat, reddening of the upper part of the body is possible.
Overdose:Not described. Treatment symptomatic.
Interaction:The drug can be used in combination with antibiotics, water-soluble vitamins and glucose solution.
Special instructions:Due to activation of aerobic processes in the body alkalization of urine and blood and a decrease in the concentration of glucose in the blood plasma are possible.
