2 filter packets (3.0 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist for 15 minutes,periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take inside 1/2 - 1/3 cup 2-3 times a day 1 hour after eating. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
