Composition:

For 1 tablet:

active components: Magnesium phosphoricum D2 25 mg Chamomilla recutita (Chamomilla) D2 25 mg Colocynthis D3 25 mg Potentilla anserina 0 (potentilla ancerine) 100 mg.Aesculus hippocastanum (Aesculus) (3CKynioc hippocastanum (esculus)) D1 25 mg;

auxiliary components: magnesium stearate, wheat starch, lactose monohydrate.

Description:Tablets are flat-cylindrical with a chamfer, from white to greenish-gray color, sometimes with separate dark impregnations, with slightly aromatic odor.
Pharmacotherapeutic group:Homeopathic Acetone
Pharmacodynamics:Complex homeopathic preparation, the effect of which is due to the components that make up its composition.
Indications:It is used in the complex therapy of primary (functional) dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation without organic changes in the pelvic organs).
Contraindications:Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug; intolerance to starch; deficiency of lactase, lactose intolerance, glucose-gatactose mother absorption. Children under 12 years.
Pregnancy and lactation:During lactation, the drug should be taken only after consulting a doctor.
Dosing and Administration:

Tablets are recommended for taking half an hour before meals or half an hour later in the baked food. slowly dissolving them in the mouth.

For acute pain, one tablet should be taken every hour (no more than 12 times a day) before the onset of improvement.

At the subsequent treatment take 1 -2 tablets 3 times a day until the moment of complete disappearance of complaints.

Menalgin can be taken when the first painful sensations appear before the onset of menstruation.

Side effects:

With increased sensitivity of the gastric mucosa after taking the drug in isolated cases, there may be a slight soreness in the upper abdomen.

Until now, information about other side effects of the drug has not been reported. If side effects occur, consult a doctor.

Overdose:Cases of overdose have not been registered to date.
Interaction:The use of homeopathic drugs does not exclude the treatment with other drugs.
Special instructions:

When taking homeopathic medicines, there may be a temporary primary deterioration. In this case, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor.

The drug can be used for patients with celiac disease.

Patients with intolerance to starch (a disease other than celiac disease) should not take Menalgin, because it contains wheat starch.

If symptoms persist or are not clear, consult a physician. Patients suffering from diabetes should take into account that the maximum daily dose for acute conditions is 12 tablets, which corresponds to 0.25 bread units (XE).
