Pharmacodynamics:It has a bactericidal and antiviral effect due to hydrophobic interaction with membranes of microorganisms, which leads to their destruction. It is active against gram-positive gram-negative microorganisms, anaerobic, hospital infection, as well as fungi and protozoa.
Strengthens the processes of regeneration, stimulates the activity of the monocyte-macrophage immune system. Due to the pronounced anti-osmolar activity, it helps to form a dry scab, absorbing purulent exudate.
Pharmacokinetics:When topical application is not absorbed through the skin and mucous membranes - no systemic effect.
Indications:It is used in surgical, traumatological, obstetric practice for the treatment of purulent wounds and inflammatory diseases. Used for the treatment of burns, as well as for the therapy and prevention of dermatomycosis, pyoderma, candidiasis and foot mycoses.

Pregnancy and lactation:Recommendations for FDA - Category B. Does not penetrate into breast milk, is used during pregnancy and lactation.
Dosing and Administration:Outwardly and locally in the form of installations in the urethra (1-3 ml) and in the vagina (5-10 ml).
The highest daily dose: 10 ml.
The highest single dose: 10 ml.
Side effects:Allergic reactions.
Interaction:Increased effects of antibiotics with simultaneous use with the drug are noted.
Special instructions:Use of the drug for the prevention of sexually transmitted infections after the procedure is not recommended to urinate within 2 hours.
