2 filter bags are placed in a glass or enamelware, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 100 ml with boiled water.
Take infusion inwards 2-3 times a day for 15 minutes before meals: children from 3 to 5 years - 1 dessert spoon, children from 6 to 14 years - 1-2 tablespoons, children over 14 years and adults - 1 / 2- 1/3 cup.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
