Pharmacodynamics:

Essential oil, which is contained in the fruits of juniper, increases filtration in the renal glomerulus, inhibits the re-absorption of sodium and chlorine ions in the convoluted tubules of the kidneys. Galenic preparations of juniper fruits strengthen the secretion of bronchial glands, increase bile formation and bile secretion, increase the secretion of gastric juice. It also has an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect.

Dosing and Administration:

Orally in the form of infusion. 1 tablespoon infusion 3-4 times a day after meals.Preparation of the infusion: 10 g for 200 ml of boiling water, insist on a water bath for 15 minutes, cool for 45 minutes at room temperature. Strain, bring the volume to 200 ml.
