    Composition:One suppository contains:

    active substance - sodium alginate (sodium alginate) - 250 mg; bases for suppositories: solid fat (vitepsol, supposir) - a sufficient amount to obtain a suppository with a mass of 2.25 g.

    B.02   Hemostatic preparations

    Pharmacodynamics:

    The active substance of the drug - sodium alginate - a natural polysaccharide, obtained from brown seaweed. Has a pronounced hemostatic, anti-inflammatory and reparative effect.

    Pharmacokinetics:
    Indications:

    Chronic anal fissures in the epithelialization stage, chronic bleeding hemorrhoids, proctosigmoiditis and inflammatory phenomena in the rectum in the postoperative period.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Children's age (up to 14 years).

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    The drug Natalside® is not contraindicated for use during pregnancy and lactation.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Rectally.The suppository is injected into the rectum after spontaneous emptying of the intestine or cleansing enema. Adults and children over 14 years of age use 1 suppository 2 times a day. The duration of the course of treatment with Natalside® is 7-14 days.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions are possible.

    Suppositories rectal 250 mg.

    Packaging:For 5 suppositories in a contiguous cell package, 2 contiguous cell packs along with the instruction for medical use of the drug are placed in a cardboard box.
    Storage conditions:
