Pharmacodynamics:

Neomycin

Antibiotic of bactericidal action from the group of aminoglycosides. It is active against aerobic gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

Fluocinolone acetonide

Synthetic glucocorticosteroid has an anti-inflammatory effect when applied topically.

Lidocaine

Possesses an anesthetizing effect at local application.

Pharmacokinetics:

The drug is intended for topical application - no systemic effect.

Indications:

It is used for diagnostic procedures in urology and proctology, for the treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the lower urinary tract, as well as infectious and inflammatory diseases of the rectum.

Individual intolerance.

Carefully:

Children, patients of advanced age.

Pregnancy and lactation:

Recommendations for FDA - Category B. Used in II and III trimester of pregnancy and lactation.

Dosing and Administration:

The gel is injected into the urethra 1-2 per day for 5-10 days.

Before the endoscopy is injected rectally for 5-10 minutes before the test, again: immediately before and after the procedure.

Side effects:

Itching, peeling, flushing of the skin around the anus.

Overdose:

Cases of overdose not noted.

Interaction:

Clinically significant interactions are not described.

Special instructions:

The preparation contains lidocaine.

The risk of side effects increases with very long or continuous use of the drug, the use of large doses or in the presence of extensive lesions of the mucous membranes.

The effect on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms is not established.
