Dosage form: & nbsporal solution

Composition:

acetylglutamic acid (acid N-acetyl-L-glutamine) 13.6 g, deanol (2- (dimethylamino) ethanol) 6.4 g, methyl parahydroxybenzoate 33 mg, propyl parahydroxybenzoate 16.7 mg, xylitol (xylitol) 1.0 g, water purified to 100 ml.

Pharmacodynamics:

Noocleolin® is a nootropic drug that is close to the natural metabolites of the brain (GABA, glutamic acid). It has a neuroprotective effect, improves memory and learning process, has a positive effect in asthenic and adynamic disorders, increasing the motor and mental activity of patients.

When using the drug, the ability to concentrate attention improves. Noocleolin® has a positive effect on neurotic conditions in elderly and senile individuals developing against the background of organic brain failure, with alcohol-abstinence syndrome.

Pharmacokinetics:

After 0.5-1 hour after oral intake is detected in the maximum concentration in the headbrain, in smaller quantities in the liver, heart, lungs, blood plasma, in the kidneys. The elimination half-life is 24 hours. It is excreted by the kidneys.

Indications:

In adults:

- cerebrovascular diseases of the brain (dyscirculatory encephalopathy and post-stroke disorders);

- period of convalescence after the craniocerebral trauma;

- asthenic and astheno-depressive disorders, psycho-organic syndrome;

- cupping (in complex therapy) of alcohol-abstinence syndrome;

- Use as a tool that improves memory and attention processes (intellectual-mnestic functions).

Children 10 years and older:

- borderline neuropsychic disorders of asthenic and neurotic nature, including the consequences of craniocerebral injury;

- complex treatment of mental retardation.

Contraindications:

Increased individual sensitivity to the drug, infectious diseases of the central nervous system, febrile and psychotic conditions, diseases of the blood system, expressed violations of the liver, kidneys, pregnancy and lactation, age up to 10 years.

Dosing and Administration:

One teaspoon of the solution (5 ml) corresponds to 1 g of the active substance.

Adults the drug is administered orally 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day, the last reception no later than 4 hours before bedtime. The maximum single dose is 2 g (2 teaspoons), in special cases, the dose may be increased according to the doctor's prescription (the maximum daily dose is 10 g (10 teaspoons)).

Therapeutic daily dose in children 10-12 years old should be 0.5-1.0 g (1 / 2-1 teaspoon) Noctlorin®, in children over 12 years of age - 1-2 g (1-2 teaspoons).

Duration of treatment 1.5-2 months 2-3 times a year.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, headaches, sleep disorders, constipation, weight loss, itching, in some cases - dyspepsia (in the elderly).

Overdose:

When an overdose occurs, the symptoms of side effects increase. First aid - washing the stomach, taking activated charcoal. If necessary, symptomatic therapy.

Interaction:

It is possible to strengthen the effect of drugs that stimulate the central nervous system.

Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:Data on the effect of the drug on driving vehicles and occupations by other potentially hazardous activities requiring increased, concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions are absent.

To 100 ml in bottles of dark glass with a screw mouth, sealed with plastic caps screwed on.
