- flu, other acute respiratory infections without complications: children from 3 to 6 years - 50 mg, from 6 to 12 years -100 mg, over 12 years and adults - 200 mg 4 times a day (every 6 hours) for 5 days;
- influenza, other acute respiratory infections with complications (bronchitis, pneumonia, etc.): children from 3 to 6 years - 50 mg, from 6 to 12 years - 100 mg, over 12 years and adults - 200 mg 3 times a day for 5 days, then a single dose once a week for 3-4 weeks.
In the complex therapy of chronic bronchitis, herpetic infection: children from 3 to 6 years - 50 mg, from 6 to 12 years - 100 mg, over 12 years and adults - 200 mg 3 times a day for 5 days, then a single dose 2 times per week for 3-4 weeks. Prevention of postoperative complications: adults - 200 mg for 2 days before the operation, then 200 mg for 2 and 5 days after the operation.
In the complex therapy of acute intestinal infections of rotavirus etiology, children over 12 years of age and adults are prescribed 200 mg 4 times a day (every 6 hours)for 5 days, at the age of 6 to 12 years - 100 mg 4 times a day (every 6 hours) for 5 days, at the age of 3 to 6 years - 50 mg 4 times a day (every 6 hours) within 5 days.
