Pharmacodynamics:Pharmacological action is due to the presence of components that have an insecticidal effect. Permethrin - a neurotoxic poison for insects. Piperonyl butoxide enhances the action of permethrin. Malathion is an organophosphorous insecticide.
Indications:Treatment of pediculosis of the scalp (destroying lice and nits).
Contraindications:- Do not use in children younger than 2.5 years.
