Shepherd's grass bag.

Characteristic.

The herb of the shepherd's bag contains vitamin K (phylloquinone), ascorbic acid, carotenoids, tannins, saponins, organic acids, choline and other biologically active compounds.

Description:Pieces of leaves of stems and inflorescences of various forms, individual flowers and fruits of a shepherd's bag, passing through a sieve with holes 7 mm in size. The color of the stems, leaves and fruits is green, the flowers are whitish. The smell is weak. The taste of water extract is bitterish.

Pharmacodynamics:

The herb of the shepherd's bag has a hemostatic effect, enhances the contractility of the smooth muscles of the uterus.

Pharmacokinetics:

Indications:Abundant menstrual bleeding as a part of complex therapy; insignificantbleeding during the postcoagulable period of treatment of cervical erosion.

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy. Age to 18 years.

Carefully:With increased blood coagulability, thromboembolism (in the anamnesis), during lactation.

Dosing and Administration:

About 10 grams of raw materials (2 tablespoons) are placed in a glass or enamelware filled with 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw materials squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

Take inside 1 tablespoon 3 times a day 30 minutes after eating.

Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible. With prolonged use - increased coagulability of blood, lower blood pressure.

Overdose:Cases of overdose have not been registered to date.
