    Pharmacodynamics:The drug has a soothing and antispasmodic effect.
    Extract rhizomes with the roots of valerian has a calming effect.
    Melissa leaf extract is soothing and antispasmodic,
    Extract of peppermint leaves - spasmolytic, moderate soothing effect.
    Indications:Increased nervous excitability, insomnia, irritability.
    Contraindications:- hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
    - Lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption;
    - deficiency of sugar / isomaltase, intolerance to fructose;
    - arterial hypotension;
    - Cholangitis, cholelithiasis and other diseases of bile ducts;
    - Pregnancy;
    - the period of breastfeeding;
    - Children under 12 years old.
    Carefully:In patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
    Pregnancy and lactation:The use of the drug in pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been studied. The administration of the drug during pregnancy (especially during the first trimester) and breastfeeding is possible if the intended benefit to the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus or baby.
    Dosing and Administration:Inside, washing with water, regardless of food intake.
    Adults and children over 12 years of age:
    with increased nervous excitability, irritability - 2-3 tablets, covered with a shell, 2-3 times a day; with insomnia - 2-3 tablets, covered with a shell, for 30 minutes - 1 hour before bedtime.
    The maximum daily dose is 12 tablets per day.
    When discontinuation of treatment, withdrawal syndrome does not occur.
    Do not use the drug continuously for more than 1.5-2 months.
    Side effects:Allergic reactions are possible (hyperemia, skin rash, peripheral edema, allergic dermatitis), bronchospasm, with prolonged use - constipation.
    Overdose:A single intake of 20 g rhizomes with valerian roots (approximately 103 Persen tablets) can cause a feeling of fatigue, stomach cramps, a feeling of contraction in the chest, dizziness, trembling of hands, dilated pupils that can disappear on their own within 24 hours.
    When overdosing, it is advisable to wash the stomach and consult a doctor.
    Interaction:The drug enhances the effect of hypnotics and other drugs that depress the central nervous system, antihypertensive drugs (in particular, central action), pain medications, which requires correction of doses.
    Special instructions:In patients with GERD, symptoms may worsen.
    If symptoms persist or become heavier during use, you should consult your doctor.
    Do not use the drug continuously for more than 1.5-2 months.
    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:During drug treatment, care should be taken when carrying out potentially dangerous activities requiring increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions (vehicle management, working with moving mechanisms, dispatcher, operator).
    Form release / dosage:The tablets covered with a cover.
    Packaging:Primary packaging:
    10 tablets per blister of aluminum / polyvinylchloride
    foil.
    Secondary packaging:
    For 2, 4, 6 or 8 blisters in a cardboard box together with instructions for use.
    Storage conditions:At a temperature not higher than 25 ° C, out of the reach of children.
