    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug.

    Ketoanalogues of essential amino acids in the body with urea cleavage are converted into L-amino acid. It utilizes nitrogen-containing products of metabolism, improves nitrogen metabolism. Reduces the concentration in the blood plasma of magnesium, potassium, phosphate ions.

    Indications:

    It is used for the prevention and treatment of chronic renal failure.

    Contraindications:

    Disturbance of amino acid metabolism, hypercalcemia, age up to 3 years, pregnancy and lactation, individual intolerance.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Recommendations for FDA - Category C. Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Use in children

    Contraindicated up to 3 years of age.

    Inside, 1 tablet for 5 kg of weight 1 time per day.

    Adults

    Inside, 4-8 tablets 3 times a day with meals.

    The highest daily dose: 24 tablets.

    The highest single dose: 8 tablets.

    Side effects:

    Hypercalcemia.

    Allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    Cases of overdose are not described.

    Treatment is symptomatic.

    Interaction:

    Possible development of hypercalcemia and hypophosphataemia when used simultaneously with antacid agents containing calcium or aluminum ions.

    Special instructions:

    At the time of taking the drug, it is recommended to take high-calorie food.
